Spoilers - final attachment

Once the flox has cured it is time to rivet the spoiler to the hinge plate.

The bond between the aluminium and the spoiler is not worth much and is really just a shim. The spoiler is attached with 4mm countersunk pop rivets. I used 10mm length which is just long enough provided you countersink quite deep. I also had to increase the corner radius on the front edge of the spoiler quite a bit to prevent it fouling when in the fully open position.
