You'll need 2 pieces of polystyrene of approximately 190 by 600 by 80 mm. 24kg/m3 density is ideal for shaping (same as the wings are made from). I used a micro balloon / epoxy mixture to bond them on. I poured 80g of ampreg 22 resin into a cup. I then added fast hardener till the scale read 102g. I mixed this well and then put it back on the scale. I then added micro till the scale read 133g. This is a 30% micro mix which is ideal for bonding of foam and for filling. Anything "wetter" than this is heavy and hard to sand.
