Getting this door to hinge properly is a bit "fiddly" but the main thing to get correct is that the hinge axis must be higher than the top of the fuselage skin or else it will "foul". The hinge plates must also be vertical. In other words the bolts must be in line. The use of stepped bushes and a nylon washer is recommended or else the holes will wear oval with time. The bushes and washer can be homemade (if you have a small lathe) or can be obtained from Whisper. The Whisper ones require an 8mm hole through the alu. A 5/16" reamer is ideal as the bush then "snaps" in nicely!
