Finally back on the project after a few distractions! Glassed the top surface of the wing tips and once cured started a bit of filling on them. Good micro mix for this is 100g ampreg resin; 28 g fast hardener; 38g micro.
UPDATE:
I have since hacked off these tips and replaced them our new moulded tips....sexier shape!! See pic top left.
